All projects start with signing an NDA to ensure all proprietary information is kept confidential. Once that is in place our next step is to review your project with you to make sure we understand it and that it is a good fit for both companies. If so, we both sign a development agreement outlining each step including costs and estimated timeline. Once this is in place, we start working with you and/or your designer and our Asia team to start developing your product. However, not all projects continue all the way through to an order, so to cover our basic expenses, we also charge a monthly retainer during the development and commercialization period.
Timeline
We are proud of the fact that POC is known for bringing products to market very quickly! As expected, the timeline of every project is a little different and dependent on the complexity of the shoe(s).
